In this short clear statement, respected Jewish/Israeli human rights group B'tselem names the treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza by Israel's occupying forces as Apartheid.

"The territory between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea is governed by a single regime that works to maintain Jewish supremacy.

Israel has divided the area and the Palestinians into several distinct units. In each one, Palestinians are granted a different set of rights, which is never equal to the rights granted to Jews."
