Social Justice organizations and individuals affirm apartheid findings of Human Rights Watch Report

In the wake of Human Rights Watch's recent report detailing horrors of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and most importantly naming that occupation as 'Apartheid', other social justice organizations and individuals have stepped forward to affirm that their experience and observations align fully with the findings of the report. The acknowledgement of apartheid from a well-respected international organization such as Human Rights Watch, coming as it does on the heels of B'tselem's similar acknowledgement, may encourage more members of the international community to speak up to call for justice in Israel's treatment of Palestinians. In this recent newsletter from Palestine Updates, various questions are raised on the topic including questions of Biden's approach to the region.
